This 60 min class is programmed for you to start your day with a bang and make the most of your time in the gym.
We kick the session of with 15 minutes of functional bodybuilding which will be focused on either lower body, upper body or core. As soon as we hit the 15 minute mark we will move directly into a 20 minute high intensity workout whereafter we finish the session off with stretching.
Shred City consists of 75 minutes of pure calorie burning goodness.
The class is High Intensity Interval Training based and structured in a perfect work to rest ratio to ensure that you burn as many calories as humanly possible.
You work your way through 3 circuits, each circuit consisting of 5 stations which means you do a total of 15 movements ensuring you get a full body workout.
If you’ve already signed up, make sure to come to the gym prepared to sweat.
Looking for a completely balanced functional fitness class where strength training and high intensity workouts are in complete harmony? Look no further.
Each class will start with a strength or skill section whereafter we will finish the class off with a high intensity workout.
Our skilled coaches will keep an eye on you to make sure that you safely move through all movements with good technique.
Run ń Gun is our Hyrox specific class, focused on getting you as prepared as possible for all the elements that a Hyrox race can throw at you.
Every session from Monday to Thursday will start off with a specific focus placed on strengthening one element of a Hyrox race whereafter we will finish the session with conditioning.
Warning, this class will lead to an out of this world pump and is best enjoyed with a side of pre-workout.
This 60 minute class has functional bodybuilding at it’s core and makes use of it’s principles to achieve hypertrophy and better full body functionality.
Expect increased muscle size, increased mobility, healthier joints and a stronger core.
Ladies, this one is for you!
Expect 75 minutes of booty building, core and upper body sculpting goodness followed by a short high intensity workout to get the heart racing
This is our ladies only class option which is programmed to hit the muscle groups that ladies generally want to work on (Abs and Ass 😉)
How often do you get to enjoy your fitness out in the jungle?
The Jungle makes use of our 1km running track through the Phuket Jungle, allowing you to enjoy the amazing Phuket outdoors in a fun team workout setting.
You will be working in teams of 2-3, alternating between being in the gym and being out in the jungle.
Aptly named for having the ability to be a truly dirty 30 minutes of action, the body of this class is a 30 min EMOM based workout which is programmed to ensure that you get a full body workout in while also jacking your heart rate all the way up!
This class is made for anyone and everyone but if you choose to make it tough, it will be a physical and mental battle! There are 3 levels for you to aim for, scaled, intermediate and elite. Each one of these levels will have a rep range and weight for you to aim for.
Why Trifecta? Because we believe the Assault Bike, the Rower and the Ski Erg are the perfect combination of good and evil.
In teams of 2 or 3, you will spend time between the rower, the ski erg, the assault bike and whatever other work we throw at you!
Guaranteed you will be working hard, but it’s the combination of hard work and fun that makes this class one to remember.
This team based workout will no doubt be the best 60 minutes of your day and is open to all fitness levels!
It's designed in a way where you and your partner will be racing against other teams in a competition style setup. This means that you will at all times be able to see where the other teams are at in the workout.
You can expect bread and butter high intensity and low skilled functional fitness movements along with great vibes.
If you're looking to become more explosive and awaken the athlete within you, this is the perfect class for you.
We start off with 20 minutes of power focused training whereafter we shift gears and end the session with 15 minutes of power output based sprint intervals guaranteed to get the heart pumping.
Recover, a 60 minute class structured around all things recovery.
We start with some slow zone 2 movement to get the blood flowing whereafter we shift our focus to a full body recovery and stick mobility session. This is followed up by a stability flow.
We end the session with Hot & Cold contrast therapy to ensure a well rounded recovery session.
Note, you will be going into the Sauna & Ice Bath at the send of the session, please pack appropriate clothing/swimwear.
